Elevated rate of 5XX errors in Mumbai Point of Presence (POP)

At 14:30PM UTC, All PubNub services experienced degradation, with large amounts of 5XX errors being returned to client applications. The errors began roughly at the same time as a very large influx of traffic into the Mumbai data center. Errors returned to normal rate at 14:47PM UTC. However, the very large traffic influx has lead to degradation of the processes involved in message handling, post actual publishing and delivery to subscribers. While realtime delivery is not impacted presently, message storage, presence events, push notifications, and realtime analytics, in the portal, may experience delays.
