Elevated History Service Error Rates

Between 2:15 PM and 8PM PST on Sunday, February 11th, 2018 there was an overall elevated latency and rate of and errors for calls to our history service in US West and Europe. The errors rate were particularly high between 2:15 and 2:48 PM in Europe and between 3:30 and 5:15 PM PM in US West. For a subset of customers the problem was more severe and prolonged beyond those times.

The issue was resolved and we will continue to monitor.
