Elevated Presence latency and error rate in US-West PoP

Between 12:51 pm PDT on 9/15/20 and 12:54 pm PDT on 9/15/20, a small percentage of presence traffic experienced elevated latency and timeouts to a single PoP in the US-West region.
we can confirm that all traffic in the region has returned to normal.
